Terms of service.

1. Services Provided

Streamline Automations LLC provides managed IT, cybersecurity, automation, and related technology services to businesses under defined service agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely access to systems as needed.

  • Maintain compliance with licensing requirements for third-party software.

  • Ensure payment of invoices by due date.

3. Payments & Late Fees

  • All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

  • A late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance will be added to any invoice not paid within 15 days of the due date.

  • If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, services may be suspended or terminated until the account is brought current.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Streamline Automations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services in question.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during the term of service.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice per the service agreement.

  • Streamline Automations may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of services.
